I guess now would be a better time than any to post this ol' Cee-Lo video. It pretty much blew my mind when it first came out. The electric eagle in the beginning is ok, but that bridge is oh so nice. Seeing all Snoop's "Sensual Seduction" (aka sexual eruption) videos pop up made me think of this one.

Paul Avion & Par Avion Band [Pablo Brazil]

Paul Avion is having a show this Friday at The Derby. He also recently released a new version of my favorite song of his, "Stand Up, Be a Man." I used to play it on the show a lot. I like going back and listening to it every now and again. Paul Avion's songs remind me of flying around in a puppy-shaped hot air balloon, and that's a good thing. I don't know why or what it's like to fly around in a hot air balloon, but that's what I think of. In any case, you can hear the new version of "Stand Up, Be a Man" on his Myspace page here or go to the show on Friday. They'll be giving away free condoms at the show too.
