We continued on our quest to find Manny an on-air moniker. Meanwhile, Manny poured a mean glass of haterade and I hope to G. I don't get in trouble. Then we continued and talked about the usual random topics of drunk pelicans, patient doctor ethics, feefees and things like that.

The Internet as we know it is facing a serious threat. There's a debate heating up in Washington, DC on something called "net neutrality" – and it's a debate that's so important Google is asking you to get involved. We're asking you to take action to protect Internet freedom.

In the next few days, the House of Representatives is going to vote on a bill that would fundamentally alter the Internet. That bill, and one that may come up for a key vote in the Senate in the next few weeks, would give the big phone and cable companies the power to pick and choose what you will be able to see and do on the Internet.

Today the Internet is an information highway where anybody – no matter how large or small, how traditional or unconventional – has equal access. But the phone and cable monopolies, who control almost all Internet access, want the power to choose who gets access to high-speed lanes and whose content gets seen first and fastest. They want to build a two-tiered system and block the on-ramps for those who can't pay.

Creativity, innovation and a free and open marketplace are all at stake in this fight. Please call your representative (202-224-3121) and let your voice be heard.

Thanks for your time, your concern and your support.

Eric Schmidt

In the words of Flashpoint, "This shit's tighter than gnat booty."

I'm real excited about these really really fast podcast segments. About 2 years or so back, a friend of mine (Flashpoint) told me about these things called podcasts. I was like, "huh?" So we've been playing around, hussling & tussling with them since. We'd say things to each other like, "Ok I get that part, but what about this?" or "But dude, if I could just figure out how to do the rss code then we're good!" or "Nah man, it's gotta be an xml file you lame brain." Basically we were on some nerd shit.

So fast forward to now and we got these really really fast podcast segments. Quick, convenient, informative, and sometimes even entertaining (especially if you know me and like to make fun of my voice on the radio).

Maybe you're like, "Dang man. So what's the big ol' deal with these pod things?"

Actually, not much if you're a turtle. In that case, nevermind. Otherwise, here it is. Once you subscribe, you'll automatically get the really really fast & fun podcast segments quickly & conveniently directly into your iTunes. You can control it from your iTunes too, so you don't have to download anything you don't want. You can subscribe now if you want to check it out and see what this is all about or you can read on for more info.

So when you press the the button up there where it says, "subscribe to the podcast here" you'll be prompted to "launch an external application." Click the "Launch Application" button and it will open up iTunes. [note: sorry, this is only for those that have iTunes for now.] Then BLAM, you'll automatically be subscribed. It's that easy. Then, at your convenience, you can just press the Update button in the top right corner of the Podcast menu in iTunes and you'll get any new segments we post up. All from the convenience of your iTunes.

So as time goes by, we'll be posting up more and more podcast segments. But we'll keep them quick and have fun with them. I'm excited to see where it takes us. info(at)keepinitright.com
